By accessing the digital platforms of Binary29 Technosolutions, you agree to comply with our professional terms and engineering standards.
1. Service Delivery
Our services are provided following the specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon for each project. We maintain a high standard of technical excellence and timeline adherence as per project milestones.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code, designs, and architectures developed by Binary29 remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our foundational frameworks and proprietary code snippets remain under Binary29 ownership.
3. Technical Limitations
While we build for maximum uptime and stability, Binary29 is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting, API failures, or network issues beyond our direct architectural control.
4. Payment & Governance
Payment terms are outlined in individual service contracts. This agreement is governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, and all disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of Jodhpur courts.
5. Content Accountability
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary legal contents, images, and brand assets for their projects. Binary29 does not take responsibility for copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.
